Jeannette S. Arriaga is a graduate architect with over 25 years’ experience specializing in design and management of commercial and residential projects. Her unique ability in design of spaces helps clients achieve maximum benefits in their design of commercial projects and homes of varying scope and size.

Her experience in managing construction projects also helps clients to control costs in their selection of materials bringing their projects under budget at the same time implementing unique design skills to maximize a client’s return on investment.

Jeannette has served as lead architect, project & construction manager for several residential and commercial building projects in the USA and abroad.

Claudia is responsible for maintaining project files, conducting research on construction sites & projects and preparing presentations for clients. She also creates 3D/BIM models and Computer Aided Design in Revit, AutoCad, Chief Architect, Sketchup, and various software platforms.
