During the meeting we'll go over zoning, planning, & building code requirements. Determine a realistic construction budget and discuss the floor plan layout and exterior design.

After the Meeting

Walk out with valuable project information and sketches that will help you make an informed decision about starting your project and getting it off the ground in the right direction.

Design Consultation for Single-Family Homes, Additions, Renovations, and Duplex Projects: $450.00

Design Consultation for Multi-Family and Commercial Projects: $750.00

If for some reason we discover that we are not the ideal fit for you, then you are free to take your findings to another architect for them to continue the process. And, we are the right architect for you, the amount you pay will be deducted from the total project's fee.
